Abstract
The success of climate therapy in 94 patients with psoriasis was correlated with their pretreatment sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation. It was found that the most sensitive group benefited least from climate therapy, indicating that optimal results can be obtained only if a special light therapy program is individually tailored to each patient.
