Abstract
The treatment of the postoperative tumor bed after removal of clear cell carcinoma (hypernephroma) constitutes a challenge to radiation therapy. Precise planning will deliver adequate dosage to the kidney bed and para aortic lymph nodes while avoiding excessive dosage to the spinal cord and contralateral kidney.
