Abstract

A 22-year-old man had cataract surgery with IOL implantation for familial cataract when he was 10 years old and recently had an IOL exchange because of lens dislocation. He now has fluctuating vision, and the surgeon has observed that the lens appeared short. How would you advise the patient and surgeon?.
