Abstract
Double contrast arthrography enabled the diagnosis of villonodular synovitis in a 16-year-old girl. Cumulative data emphasize the useful information obtained by arthrography and summarize the characteristic arthrographic appearance of PVS which should be used for preoperative diagnosis.
