N2 - A 15-year-old was admitted in 2001 for aortic valve balloon dilatation. He was readmitted in 2005 complaining of fatigue. Echocardiography showed severe aortic regurgitation. Computed tomography revealed aneurysm of aorta near the orifice of the left main coronary artery. He underwent uneventful Ross procedure combined with aneurysmectomy.
