N2 - The authors report on measurements of the perpendicular Hc// PERPEND and parallel Hc// parallel upper critical fields of superconducting In-Ge mixture films near the percolation threshold. While the normal state resistivity goes to infinity at the threshold, the critical fields saturate to a finite value, in accordance with theory. As the threshold is approached the anisotropy ratio decreases to a constant value 1. 2 from its homogeneous type II limit 1. 69.
