Abstract
A 3-year-old child was referred to the ophthalmology clinic for evaluation of anisocoria that was incidentally noticed by his pediatrician on a routine physical examination. There was no history of trauma or ocular pain, and there were no other abnormal systemic findings. The child was previously healthy and developmentally normal, with a normal birth and delivery.
