Abstract
We present an atypical case of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome associated with paranoid delusion which occurred while the subject, at the age of 19, was incarcerated. It was characterized by multiform involuntary movements and noises. The symptoms were mitigated using haloperidol and chlorpromazine.
