Abstract
No generally accepted classification for tumors of the paranasal sinuses in general and the maxillary antrum in particular has been devised. In this presentation, we review the different staging systems and examine their clinical effectiveness by classifying our patients with antral malignancies according to each system. We have found that classification suggested by Harrison and the JJC are the most practical ways of staging that can be applied to our patients.
