Abstract
Allergic granulomatosis and angiitis is very rare in pregnancy. To the best of Dermal vasculitis our knowledge, no such case has been reported in the English literature up to now. We describe a patient who developed multisystem disease with mononeuritis multiplex, dermal vasculitis, and pleuritis during gestation with an excellent response to therapy and a good pregnancy outcome.
