Abstract
A set of velocity fields was obtained for different shapes of stenosis. The flow velocity distribution in the flow direction was obtained for different mean flow rates and flow pulse shapes. Tube area was calculated and compared with the actual geometry. Spectral analysis of the obtained nonstationary signals showed the increase of high frequency components in the stenosis sites.
