Abstract

The article discusses the differences between actual performance of judges and public opinion on judges. Topics discussed include information on judiciary of Israel on legal community's perception of judges in criminal cases, a survey on perceptions of judges of Israeli Supreme Court (ISC), lack of legal knowledge of judges in discretionary cases, and biased justices in criminal cases.
