Abstract
Absorption of an electrically polarized planar wave by a non-ideally conducting comb structure in a stratified dielectric medium is investigated. An algorithm is described for computation of power loss per unit length (per period of the structure). Results of numerical computations are given for a two-layer medium. It is shown that resonant absorption is present under specific conditions.
