Abstract

A circuit which displays the logarithm of the intervals between neuronal spikes is described. The device is used to record on film the activity of a pacemaker neuron in mulluscan brain over a long period (days). This form of data presentation accentuates the various patterns of neural activity seen in active and hibernated animals.
