Abstract
ההפרטה וצמצום המעורבות הממשלתית בשוק הפנסיה אפשרו לקבוצה קטנה של משפחות לשלוט בחלק ניכר מהפעילות הכלכלית במשק. על רקע זה בוחן המחקר אם המשטר המשפטי בישראל מתמודד כראוי עם תופעת ריכוזיות השליטה בחברות ציבוריות.
