Abstract
המסגרת לבדיקת הידע ותחושת המסוגלות המוצעת במאמר זה יכולה לשמש כלי שיסייע לפיתוח תכניות קידום מקצועי של גננות ושל מורים. מסגרת זו מאפשרת לבחון, לפני תחילת ההשתלמות, את הידע הנדרש להוראת הנושאים הכלולים בהשתלמות, את תחושת המסוגלות העצמית ואת ההלימה ביניהם לגבי הוראת נושאים מתמטיים שעוסקים בהם בגן הילדים.
