Specifically, we comparethe health outcomes of 36 OECD countries, including eight countries with femaleleaders, covering the first two waves of the epidemic over a 12-month period. Our findings reveal substantial better health performance indicators in countrieswith female leaders. Climate change, rapid urbanization, and changing landuse patterns increase the chances of health, economic and social crises in thenear future. It is our responsibility to investigate the political leader’s ability tomanage, contain and fight such situations. We hope this study will shed light onhow country leaders can more successfully curb future global crises
