Abstract
אף שהשינויים הדרמטיים במבנה הייצור וההפצה של תוכן ברשת האינטרנט יוצרים הזדמנויות חסרות תקדים לביטוי וגישה למידע, סביבה זו יוצרת גם איום מסוג חדש על חופש הביטוי והאוטונומיה של הפרט. מקור האיום הוא בריכוז שליטה חסרת תקדים על סביבת התוכן בידי תאגידים פרטיים הפועלים על פי תכתיבי השוק
