Abstract
המאמר מציע מנגנון דיוני של הגנה ייצוגית, אשר לגישת המחברים יהווה תחליף טוב יותר ממנגנון התובענה הייצוגית הקיים כיום, לצורך טיפול בסכסוכים שעניינם כספים שנגבו שלא כדין.
