I am deeply interested in exploring the well-being and emotional challenges that educational leaders and teachers encounter. My research also centers on understanding the factors that play a role in either strengthening or weakening resilience among educational leaders. This examination encompasses a broad spectrum of emotional dimensions, including feelings of loneliness, frustration, stress, courage, and the pursuit of self-fulfillment. Through my investigations, I aspire to provide comprehensive insights into the intricate emotional experiences within educational environments, shedding light on areas that can inform policies, practices, and support systems aimed at enhancing well-being and resilience in educational settings.
