My research focuses on the emotional experiences and well-being of educational leaders and teachers, with particular attention to how emotions shape professional resilience within complex school environments. I examine how feelings such as loneliness, frustration, stress, courage, and self-fulfillment are perceived and experienced as factors that may either strengthen or undermine leaders’ capacity to sustain meaning, ethical judgment, and professional commitment. My work adopts a systemic and relational perspective, viewing emotions not as isolated individual states but as embedded within the social and organizational life of schools. Through this research, I seek to generate knowledge that informs educational policy, leadership development, and support systems aimed at promoting well-being and resilience in educational settings.
