    Description:

    The LabRAM HR Evolution Raman microscopes are ideally suited for both micro and macro measurements and offer advanced confocal imaging capabilities in 2D and 3D. The true confocal Raman microscope enables the most detailed images and analyses to be obtained with speed and confidence.



    Specification:

    Coupled to a confocal optical microscope and equipped with an excitation lasers of 532 nm (Nd:Yag) and 633 nm (He-Ne).
    The system is equipped with a Peltier cooled CCD detector (Synapse), edge filters and 600 grooves/mm as well as 1800 grooves/mm gratings.
    The measurable wavenumber range is 100-4000 cm-1
    The variety of the objective lenses (including long working distance) are available to provide solutions to a variety of samples.
    Laser power on the sample can be adjusted up to a maximum of ~10 milliwatts.
